Join us for five amazing days at our Flower School Retreat in Tuscany, where you'll learn floral design skills in the Rebel style. Create extravagant bouquets, flower crowns, large arrangements, and table decorations using flowers from our farm and local growers. We'll visit Barga, an arts centre in Lucca, explore our farm, forage in the woods, and meet the people behind the Rebel Rebel experience in Italy. Finally, we'll celebrate with a wonderful feast on the terrace under a floral display you created.

ACCOMMODATION

You will be staying at the picturesque Col di Lavacchio, a working organic farm in Tuscany with a large saltwater swimming pool. Set in 28 acres of meadow, vineyard and olive grove, orchard and woodland, Col di Lavacchio is in the hills looking across the valley to Barga and to our farm just north of Lucca in Tuscany. A traditional Garfagnana farmhouse and attached apartment with chestnut beams, exposed stone and terracotta tiles. The farmhouse has a covered breakfast terrace and a vine clad dining terrace with a huge rustic table and benches.

FOOD

Continental breakfast is provided daily, as well as four delicious lunches and dinners, including wine and soft drinks. On the other days we are here for restaurant recommendations and shop runs.
